What it is
Eight weeks. Two halves. One transformation.
Four weeks of shared foundation, then four weeks of specialisation in a chosen pathway. Mobile-first and offline-capable, because talent should never be gated by bandwidth. Community-first, because people finish hard things together that they abandon alone.

Our first cohort proved the model — and taught us how to improve it.
Most of the scholars we lost, we lost in the same place — a demanding essay in Week 3. So we listened, redesigned that moment, and carried the lesson into the next cohort. Measure honestly, learn in public, improve the next cycle.
